Maria is a Clinical Psychologist with a Master of Arts (MA) from Middlessex University in London. She is a graduate of the Psychology Department of Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences. She has also specialised in therapeutic and educational interventions through expressive arts as well as in Person-Centered Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Maria has a great clinical experience in the field of psychopathology and in the treatment and rehabilitation of mental illness. The topics she has dealt with cover a wide range of mental illnesses and disorders such as anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder), psychosis, obsessions, personality disorders, etc. She also has experience in interpersonal relationships and related, conflict and emotion management as well as parent and adolescent counselling.
