Mari-Louiz Psarra,
B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D.

Mari-Louiz is a clinical psychologist and systemic psychotherapist. She completed her undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral studies at Panteion University of Political and Social Studies, in the fields of Psychology and Sociology, specializing in Criminology. In addition, she has been trained in Systemic Family and Couple Psychotherapy as well as in Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy.

Initially, she worked at the Psychiatric Hospital of Tripoli while for the last 13 years she has been working at the 2nd Psychiatric Clinic of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, at the University General Hospital Attikon. Her main tasks are the psychotherapeutic treatment of inpatients and outpatients, the psychometric evaluation, the training and supervision of students and young professionals and the research and teaching activity.
Mari-Louiz specializes in Psychiatric Forensic & Forensic Psychology (mainly sexual delinquency), Family and Couple Psychotherapy and Eating Disorders, with many years of experience in the respective Units of the Clinic.
 

She is a Founding Member and a Member of the Board of the Hellenic Psychiatric Forensic Society, with the organization and participation in numerous conferences, seminars and related scientific activities.
