Chara Kroupi,
B.Sc., M.Sc.,

Chara completed her undergraduate studies at the Department of Psychology of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Since 2011, she has been working as a psychologist in the Air Force also coordinating personnel selection and psychometric tools. 

Her professional activities led her to obtain Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from the Athens University of Business and Economics. At the same time, she is being trained in the Cognitive Psychotherapy Program of A’ University Clinics of Aiginitiou Hospital.

Her research interests concerns the construction and weighting of psychometric tools. Since 2017, she has been actively involved in the evaluation of companies with the best working environment in Greece.
