Katerina after completing her undergraduate Psychology studies in Greece, moved to the United Kingdom where she continued her studies at postgraduate level. She specializes in Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults and has worked as a Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapist in various public institutions in the United Kingdom. She is a certified CBT Psychotherapist in Greece and the United Kingdom (Hellenic Society for Behavioral Research, British Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Psychotherapies).

She works as a CBT Psychotherapist with people who have symptoms of anxiety and / or depression. She has extensive experience in using the internet to promote and treat mental health problems. Katerina has also been trained in Couple Therapy and therapies that focus on mindfulness, such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Compassionate Focused Therapy.
