Sotiris Karagiannis,
B.Sc., M.Ed., MBA

For the last twenty-two years, Sotiris has been involved in the training of executives, designing and developing programs in areas such as leadership, sales, customer service and presentation techniques. He was General Manager of the Greek branch of Dale Carnegie Training, responsible for the development and organisation of the company's programs in Greece. In the past, he has been the Academic Director and Lecturer of undergraduate and postgraduate programs at British and Swiss Universities, in collaboration with Greek Colleges, in the field of Business Administration. At the same time, he teaches Organizational Behavior and Leadership at postgraduate level.

His portfolio includes topics like: General Management, Train-the-Trainer, Upselling Techniques, Marketing for the Hotel Industry, Teamwork, Leading Change, English for Business, Decision Making Techniques, Presentation Skills, Performance Appraisal, Sales Techniques, Customer Care for companies such as "Coca-Cola 3E", "Viohalko Group", "Sanofi", "Royal Bank of Scotland", "Hotel Porto Karras", "Hotel Chandris Metropolitan", "European Credit Insurance", "National Bank of Greece Training Center", "Lavipharm, IASO Hospital", "Nationale Nederlanden", "JMK (Dr John Kalogerakis) Consultants", "OteAcademy", "Media Strom", "Sprider Stores", "Sfakianakis Group', "Johnson & Johnson", "Nike", "Elbisco", "Elinoil", "3M".

Sotiris has also worked in Shipping (Hellenic Shipyards Skaramaga) and Packaging (K. Grammatopoulos SA) with responsibilities in the field of human resource management. He is a certified trainer of EKDDA and Chief Assessor of ISO9001.

His research interests include business change management and innovation.
