Eirini Zacharostylianaki,
B.Sc., M.A., Ph.D.
Eirini was born and raised in Athens. After she completed her undergraduate studies in psychology, she continued with postgraduate studies in clinical psychology. She has been trained as cognitive psychotherapist at the Psychiatric Department of Athens University (Aeginition) and completed her practice in the Psychiatric Clinic of 401 Army General Hospital of Athens. After that, she attended educational programmes in systemic psychotherapy at the AKMA. Finally, she completed her PhD studies in Family Psychology.
Her research interests focus in the connection of theory of emotional bond with systemic therapy, with emphasis in the emotional grow of children and adolescents. She is also interested in the exploitation of qualitative research in this field.
Since 1997 she has been working privately as a psychologist.
Eirini has been a member of ICPS academic team since 2007, teaching developmental psychology in the undergraduate programme as well as in the postgraduate programmes of Child Psychology as well as Psychotherapy and particularly in Systemic Psychotherapy.
