Christos Alexakos,
B.Sc., M.A., M.Sc.

Christos works in Athens as a psychotherapist and organizational development consultant in public and private organizations. He studied Business Administration and holds Masters in Human Resource Management and Clinical-Counselling Psychology with distinction. He has been teaching since 2004 in various educational organizations in Greece and abroad. Christos has worked in the private sector in Greece and abroad as well as in the public sector as a Special Adviser and Coordinator of social protection and solidarity structures.
He is a member of the Board of Directors and coordinator of the Scientific Events Committee of the legal entity Social Protection, Solidarity and Education of the municipality of Sparta. He is a fellow member of the American Psychological Association, the US Human Resources Association (SHRM), and the United Kingdom Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
His research interests focus on mental health issues of employees and how they affect work performance as well as applications of modern developmental visions in early childhood and school.
